You mentioned that your alters prefer leaving messages on each other’s profile... Do you mean the message board or notes? And what’s the difference between the two/their own uses?

hii !! i meant the message boards !! the message boards show you which alter left the messages + the app gives you notifications when there are unread messages on your board if you’re in front !! i don’t use the notes function but i assume it’s for more general things as opposed to communication like the message boards

hi saint! how would you know if youre an introject of a certain character or something? theres a lot of labels for identifying as such like fiction kin etc so I was wondering what exactly is the difference? hope this isnt too invasive or offensive!

hiii !! since an introject is your brain taking the characteristics from external media / real people etc, it’s generally a case of whether or not your source may reflect things like your trauma, roles etc ; these things may make it more clear whether or not you’re an introject as opposed to a fiction kin, which is just identifying strongly with a character instead of that being a key part of how you cope

out of curiosity — and I hope this is not something too personal — I wanted to ask you : what do the anp , anep , ep etc etc classifications on your alters mean ? and is it something linked exclusively to DID , or can other dissociative disorders ( such as OSDD , UDD , p-DID) have it ?

HIII the definitions of these can be found in the description of my folders !! anps and eps are a feature of every dissociative disorder including ptsd, cptsd, bpd, all types of osdd + did !! aneps are generally only found in osdd1 and did, including pdid

hiii i’m doing well thank you !! to be honest i do find it quite strange as it’s something i’ve dealt with for about 2 years now . i do wish people could be more original and use their own creativity and it can be disheartening to see people trying to be clones of me , but ultimately i think these people are most likely quite young and still finding themselves and i think eventually they’ll get bored of trying to imitate someone else as they grow up !! i do wish they would stop but it isn’t really in my control sadly . thank you for the question !! you have a nice day too anon ^.^

HII omg this is so annoying it happens to me all the time 😭💔 for my small pixels ive put them after a bullet point so they stay in line , maybe that will work for you
