Hello Saint! I am 18 years old and need your advice lol. How did you deal with switching multiple times in one day back when you were at uni? I get very drained & upset when it happens and I have no idea what to do when it occurs. I am especially busy with school these days, and I tend to forget a lot of things because of it. I have to cut my time in my social life just to focus extra hard on school and it’s been very hard being lonely. I write everything down to not forget anything but I don’t think my parts do that, so I still end up being behind on school stuff.

hi anon !! i’m sorry to hear you’re struggling so much , when i was at uni it was a big issue for me as well . my attendance suffered quite a bit when things were bad because switching is exhausting for me i tried to do a lot of my learning at home when being physically there made it more tiring . it’s hard to balance work and social life when you have to try extra hard but that’s not your fault at all . most people wouldn’t even have to think about the kind of things you’re dealing with and it’s commendable that you’re still doing your best !! my best advice would be to be kind to yourself . i know it’s really frustrating when your other parts don’t seem to follow the same routines as you , for me it was the case that those parts of mine were too focused on their roles as alters (holding trauma etc) that they didn’t even think about my work . you could try leaving specific notes directed towards your parts asking them to try and do the same as you , ive found this works sometimes !! school can be insanely stressful especially with amnesia piling on top of it , i did have to learn things multiple times to have a better chance at remembering them . i really hope you succeed in everything you do !! good luck <3

if you mean the notes section on alter profiles where it lets you write specific notes then i dont use that section !! i do have a custom field for my alters to write their own byi though

it is I again , LO ( going my AMLO now 
) ! so funny story that happened a few days ago . I was trying to figure out why one of my alters was such a [censored] to me ( for context , it called me slurs and would just be really mean for no reason ) , and it took me a whole hour of small conversation with Itward to realise that . Slasher was 1- a HUGE misanthrope . like , insane levels of hate and distrust towards humans ( which is why it is not allowed to front for the time being ) . and 2- Slasher thought that I was a human " invading the system " 
? ? ? at least it is lot hostile towards me anymore , but DAMN .

ooohhh this is fascinating … i recall having similar experiences of certain alters being more hostile especially when i was just understanding my system . it gets easier !!

. I come with news , I have discovered that I am a DID system ! which is surprising , but it answers me questions about myself . do you have any tips on how to set up Simply Plural ? I managed to do the basics of adding my alters , but it feels so confusing .
