hii !! so for me my communication internally is usually in the form of concepts or ideas being exchanged. if i’m in front and someone is in co then it’ll feel like some of my thoughts are being interrupted at times by things i wouldn’t personally say or think about. it’s like my train of thought gets intercepted by another train of thought and usually involves a lot of passive influence, meaning i’ll act in ways i wouldn’t usually act as a result of the other alter’s influence and communication. it isn’t very clear for me usually, which is why my alters prefer to leave notes on message boards as opposed to attempting internal communication !! it’s completely out of my control when my thoughts will get interrupted, my alters cannot do that on purpose and there’s no hearing any voices or anything of the sort like some people claim !!

hii !! i meant the message boards !! the message boards show you which alter left the messages + the app gives you notifications when there are unread messages on your board if you’re in front !! i don’t use the notes function but i assume it’s for more general things as opposed to communication like the message boards

hiii !! since an introject is your brain taking the characteristics from external media / real people etc, it’s generally a case of whether or not your source may reflect things like your trauma, roles etc ; these things may make it more clear whether or not you’re an introject as opposed to a fiction kin, which is just identifying strongly with a character instead of that being a key part of how you cope

hiii i’m doing well thank you !! to be honest i do find it quite strange as it’s something i’ve dealt with for about 2 years now . i do wish people could be more original and use their own creativity and it can be disheartening to see people trying to be clones of me , but ultimately i think these people are most likely quite young and still finding themselves and i think eventually they’ll get bored of trying to imitate someone else as they grow up !! i do wish they would stop but it isn’t really in my control sadly . thank you for the question !! you have a nice day too anon ^.^
